Nathan Aycock - Best Man
Nathan, aka “Best Roommate Ever”. Nathan and I coincidentally also met online in 2011 on the University of Arkansas “roommate profiler” that tried to match you with a compatible roommate. Little did we know we would become brothers. We fought like brothers fight. We have been there for each other in all seasons of life. We both struggled through engineer school together, and Nathan also helped me grow my faith (which graduating engineering school definitely required some answered prayers lol)
Austin Johnson - Groomsman
Austin, the other brother I never had (although many people have accused us of being brothers). From a young age we have always played hard together, from the good ole days of us wearing our dads' hunter orange carrying around plastic guns, to talking bow hunting 24/7, it was a no brainer to ask him to stand with me on our special day.
Kyle Roehrs - Groomsman
Kyle and I have also been close since our middle school days. We may have went to rival schools and rooted against each other's teams, we also never missed an opportunity to get together with the guys and catch up during breaks. Since college we have become even closer, making a point to always go golfing, dove hunting, or grilling while watching a Chiefs' playoff game or two. When Kyle, Ty, and I get together, we routinely see the wee morning hours and never fail to laugh at all the dumb things we’ve done together and of course a few inside jokes, like “she was niceee”
Travis Ball - Groomsman
Travis and I became close our sophomore year of college. We would go to the gym together and bond over our mutual disgust towards our home-state university, MU. We always discuss Arkansas' failures and the Chiefs' (recent) successes. We explored Montana and Yellowstone together on a whim one summer and still to this day laugh about his lack of mountain biking skills and “who took my cheese curds?!”. I still remember calling Travis on the way home from my first date with Britt. I told him “I think I met my wife tonight”
Ty Campbell - Groomsman
Ty, aka Ty Guy. Ty and I have been friends since early middle school, possibly even elementary school. We (along with Kyle) have always made it a point to get together periodically whenever Ty would be back home visiting family during college and a few years after graduation. The two of us never fail to have a good time and plenty of laughs when we get together. We still have yet to golf well together, but dang do we have some fun!
Vance Griffin - Groomsman
Vance, I have nothing good to say about Vance. Just kidding, Vance is great! Growing up as neighbors, we would spend the night at each other's houses all the time and would always get in some type of trouble. Vance was always accident prone, and I was mouthy towards him, so I learned quickly not to mouth someone bigger than you. I had a few deserved (and some undeserved) goose eggs from Vance’s “giving” spirit 😉. The first day Vance met Britt he texted me the next morning and told me I better not mess this up. He was right.
Brianna Muñoz - Maid of Honor
I met Brianna when we both became New England Patriots Cheerleaders, and instantly bonded over our mutual love of football, pasta, and making the world a little better. She’s a pediatric dentist, a superhero in scrubs who serves underserved kids by day and dominates every dental board on the planet by night—basically, if kindness, loyalty, and Hall of Fame trivia were a sport, she’d have a bust in Canton too. She’s the one I can always count on for a fierce debate about who deserves a Super Bowl ring, a spontaneous Italian dinner, or a conversation that actually means something. She’s brilliant, bold, and the best kind of teammate—on the field, at the dinner table, and now by my side as my MOH on this special day.
Viki Collado - Matron of Honor
Viki is my very first pageant friend, though it feels more accurate to say it was less of a meeting and more of a soul-recognition moment. Back then, I had just come back from a medical mission in Uganda, and she was prepping for one in Vietnam—two ER nurses with passports full of purpose casually changing the world and coordinating false lashes and heels at the same time. She’s pure sunshine with a stethoscope, always ready with wisdom, scripture, or just the exact right meme. We bond over our love for national parks, deep talks, and being absolutely ridiculous together. She’s the friend who shows up for every milestone—and usually brings snacks.
Anna Johnson - Bridesmaid
Anna is one of the very first people I met in Trevon’s town, and from our very first triple date, I knew I had struck gold. She was so warm, welcoming, and made me feel like I belonged before I even figured out how to pronounce half the street names. I never once felt like I had to prove myself—Anna just decided I was in, and cheered me on like I was already part of the family. I always felt so honored when she reached out, and even more grateful that I now get to call her my friend and my family for life.
Cori Stritzel - Bridesmaid
Cori and I met my senior year of college in a church group, and she has been the kindest, gentlest light in my life ever since. She’s the kind of person who radiates joy without even trying—always smiling, always uplifting, always somehow making you want to be a better human just by existing. For over 13 years, she’s helped me grow, grounded me in truth, and spent what feels like half that time praying with me (and sometimes daily) for my future husband. She never stopped believing God had a plan, and because of her, I never stopped either. Honestly, I think her prayers might be why I’m here in a white dress.
Kariselle Snow - Bridesmaid
Kari is my pageant bestie and truly the best thing to come out of 2020 (take that, sourdough starters). We met at Miss United States and were inseparable before we even hit the national stage. She’s the loudest cheerleader in every room, the funniest person in every group chat, and the reason I ever had the guts to audition for the NFL in the first place. If I’ve ever chased a dream, it’s probably because Kari told me I could—and made sure I didn’t quit halfway through. She’s bold, high-energy, endlessly supportive, and the kind of friend who shows up for the good, the hard, and everything in between. When Kari’s in your corner, you start to believe you really can do anything... and honestly, with her by my side, I kind of believe it too.
Jenni Wahonick - Bridesmaid
Jenni and I met at Chiefs Cheer finals a few years ago, and what started as a shared dream quickly turned into a real, ride-or-die friendship. She’s been by my side through multiple audition seasons, multiple states (thanks to my frequent flyer status with U-Haul), and more than a few “should I even keep trying?” moments. She’s not afraid of hard work, but she knows how to have fun, too—like the time she lent me her entire apartment so I could stay in town and go on a second (and third... and fourth) date with a man I’d just met. That man became my fiancé, so basically, we all owe her a thank-you. Jenni is smart, loving, determined, and the kind of friend who cheers you on, lifts you up, and then hands you the keys to her place because that’s just who she is.
